Before the session, I’ll review your content, analytics, top-performing videos and current challenges so we can spend the call on what actually matters. We can cover anything from video ideas, titles and thumbnails to retention, audience growth, positioning and monetisation. After the meeting, I’ll also send over a written report summarising my findings, the key advice from the session, and the areas I think you should focus on next.
